Break Free, Live Fully
Do you struggle with understanding the problem behaviors associated with alcohol, cannabis, or other recreational drug use? Perhaps you struggle with problem behaviors such as impulsive shopping or gambling. Have others told you that you need to stop or at least cut down? Have you told yourself you need to learn to manage those problem behaviors? Perhaps you’ve even tried to stop or cut back and you weren’t successful for more than a few weeks or months because the “monkey mind” tells you that you can handle it? As someone who has been free of my addiction to alcohol and marijuana, I get it!
Join me on this eight-week journey to better understand your relationship to substances or behaviors that seem addictive in nature. This group will give you the opportunity to explore the difference between problem behaviors and an addiction. You get to decide which it is! You will also learn specific tools to reach your goal for cutting back or abstaining.
This group will meet via zoom for eight consecutive weeks; dates and times TBD. You do not need to be a current client to join the group, but there will be a 30-minute consultation session (via telehealth) to help you decide if it’s right for you. The cost of the consultation is free. The cost for the group is $40 per week.
